Martin Kučera is a founding partner and a head lawyer of the law firm Otrubová, Kučera a spol. Previously, he worked at a leading Czech law firm Balcar, Polanský a spol. (today Balcar Polanský Eversheds), in his last years there as a junior partner and the lead lawyer of the department providing services to German-speaking clients. Martin Kučera participated in a number of major transactions and represented many important Czech and foreign clients, primarily in connection with their real estate projects in the Czech Republic. Martin Kučera is a recognised expert in real estate law, investment and construction law, and has been repeatedly recommended by the prestigious legal publication Legal 500 in the field of Real Estate and Construction Law as an ”excellent lawyer and a strong negotiator with broad knowledge of the market".
